All prices listed on www.parfumeshop.eu are final and include VAT applicable to consumers.

A. Orders and Conclusion of the Purchase Contract

All orders placed through the online store www.parfumeshop.eu are binding.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Complaints Policy.

The order represents a proposal to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded upon delivery and acceptance of the goods by the buyer.

A valid order requires all mandatory fields in the order form to be completed.

The delivery address is the one specified by the buyer in the order.

Ownership of the goods transfers to the buyer upon full payment and receipt of the goods.

The buyer will receive confirmation of the order via email.

Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 2 business days from receipt of a valid order.

B. Prices and Discounts

All prices (including promotional prices) are valid until further notice or while stocks last.

Discounts and special offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

C. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and selected delivery method.

The exact shipping cost is displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

D. Payment Methods

Bank transfer

The invoice is automatically sent to the customer’s email.

E. Complaints and Warranty

Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable laws of the Slovak Republic and the European Union, particularly consumer protection regulations.

The warranty period is 24 months unless otherwise stated and begins upon receipt of the goods.

The seller is responsible for defects that occur during the warranty period.

The buyer must notify the seller of defects without undue delay, no later than 2 months after discovering the defect.

Complaints are resolved within 30 days unless agreed otherwise.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, mechanical damage, normal wear and tear, or external events.

If the complaint is justified, the buyer is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

F. Quality and Compliance

The seller guarantees that the goods conform to the purchase contract and are free from defects.

If the goods are not in conformity, the buyer has the right to request repair, replacement, or refund.

G. Receipt of Goods

The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon delivery.

If damage is detected, the buyer must contact the seller immediately.

H. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The buyer, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Withdrawal can be made via email or through a form on the website.

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal.

Returned goods must be:

unused
unopened
in original packaging

The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

The seller will refund all payments (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If the buyer selected a more expensive delivery method, only the cheapest available delivery cost will be refunded.

The seller is not obliged to refund before receiving the goods or proof of return shipment.

Returned goods must not be damaged. The seller may deduct compensation for diminished value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection.

Returns sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by:

Applicable European Union consumer protection laws

This does not affect the consumer’s rights under mandatory legal provisions of their country of residence.

The seller is not responsible for temporary stock inaccuracies.

J. Order Processing and Availability

In stock: shipped the same or next business day
External warehouse: shipped within 2 business days

K. Unclaimed Shipments

The seller reserves the right to charge a fee for unclaimed shipments.

If the shipment is re-sent, additional shipping costs may apply.

L. Product Authenticity and Packaging Types

We offer only original products sourced from verified suppliers.

Original packaging – standard manufacturer packaging, suitable for gifts.
Tester – may lack outer packaging or cap, content identical.
No packaging – product without original box, same content.
Used / Outlet (Bazar) – opened or used product with condition described, sold at a reduced price.

M. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are valid as published on the website on the date the order is placed.

The customer agrees to these Terms by placing an order.

The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Customers will be informed via email or website updates.

N. Shipping within the European Union

We deliver to all European Union countries.
