Step 3: Hydration, Soothing, and Toning
The lightweight formula of this creamy toner intensely hydrates and soothes the skin. It effectively reduces redness and visible capillaries. It restores the skin’s proper pH balance and, consequently, the integrity of the skin barrier. pH of the milky toner: 5.5. Golden particles gently illuminate the skin.

Active ingredients:
• Fermented extract from Matcha leaves – soothes and alleviates irritation.
• Peach extract – hydrates and brightens the skin.
• Centella asiatica (CICA), ruscus root, calendula, glycyrrhizin, and escin – strengthen blood vessels and reduce redness.

Directions for use:
Shake the product and apply to the face after cleansing with Oleogel (Step 1), avoiding the eye area. Spread in circular motions and allow to absorb. Use in the morning and/or evening instead of a traditional toner. Use alone or under creams from the same line. Ideal under makeup.
