How to use:
- Aromatherapy/bath: add 4-6 drops of oil to an aromatherapy or bath.
- For sleep problems: apply a little oil to your pillow before bedtime.
- For acne, dermatitis, eczema: mix the oil with a carrier oil (e.g. hazelnut, jojoba or tea tree), wet a cotton ball and gently apply to the affected area.
- For massage: dilute 20 drops in 50 ml of a carrier oil (e.g. argan or coconut oil).
- For superficial burns and bites: apply a thin layer to the irritated area of the skin.
