Quickliner™ For Lips

Highlight lip lines or apply to entire lips before lipstick. Pleasantly soft texture prevents lipstick from smudging. No need for any tempering.

How to use:
1. Prepare your lips for colour application with All About Lips.

2. Turn only 1/8" (pencil does not stretch to avoid exposing formula to air which dries it out).
3. Follow the dot-by-dot method to ensure easy and precise application: draw two dots on the curve of the upper lip, a line on the bottom of the lower lip, and then blend all three.
4. To extend the color, fill in the lips with a contour pencil and then apply lipstick.
5. Close carefully to protect the formula.
